Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Assist in the design elements of projects, working collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks with clear objectives.
- Project Documentation: Prepare complete project documentation, including plans, specifications, and engineer estimates, ensuring the collection, assembly, and organization of project data.
- Problem-Solving: Evaluate, select, and adapt standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to project assignments, formulating and solving problems with guidance and direction.
- Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work, working on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.
- Communication: Receive direction on key objectives, guidance on unconventional or complex programs, and direction on modified techniques and new approaches on assignments with conflicting criteria.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil3D, with proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Work will typically take place in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting, with occasional site visits in an outdoor environment.
Physical RequirementsThe employee will be required to sit for long periods, talk or hear, and occasionally stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
