About the Role

 

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in property claims management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims or a related field, and hold a relevant state adjuster license.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

The Insurance Claims Manager will be responsible for investigating and evaluating property claims to determine the extent of the company's liability, negotiating settlement of claims with policyholders, claimants, and attorneys, and providing guidance and training to junior claims specialists and support staff.

 

Key Requirements

 

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess strong knowledge of property insurance policy, coverage analysis, and claims adjustment, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating programs is also essential.
