Compensation and Job Description

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 based on industry standards.

This truck driver position involves safely operating a heavy-duty vehicle to perform assigned duties on transfer routes. The driver will be responsible for:

  • Safely operating the vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements.
  • Performing pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle using a standard DVIR form.
  • Immediately reporting any unsafe situations or service calls to Route Manager or Dispatch.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Commercial Drivers License B (CDL).
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
