Role Summary

As a Palliative Care Advisor, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Director and fellow Advisors to fulfill our mission of delivering exceptional care. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance patient referrals by proactively sharing Brighton Hospice's services and educational resources with healthcare providers, patients, and their families.

Key Responsibilities

On a typical day, you will:
  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Brighton Hospice's offerings to effectively communicate our best practices and establish strong relationships with healthcare providers and the community.
  2. Strategically plan and organize outreach efforts to maintain and grow key referral relationships through various communication methods, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  3. Commit to achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
  4. Drive patient census growth by analyzing competitor activities, identifying referral opportunities, and utilizing direct marketing strategies.
  5. Participate in team meetings to share successes and engage in collaborative planning to enhance patient census growth.
  6. Perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients and their families.
  • Experienced in hospice or a related field, with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Possessing a minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
  • Knowledgeable in sales principles and customer care best practices.
  • Skilled in persuasive communication, both verbal and written, including public speaking.
