Job Title: Customer Success Manager Scale

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for driving adoption, value, and retention for our customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them succeed with our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own a book of business of up to 100 customers, driving adoption, value, and retention as your primary measures of success.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support to help them get the most out of our product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to help customers maximize their use of our product.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends and areas for growth.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success role in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, value, and retention for customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
