As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to a variety of intermediate level of care patients, including Solid Organ Transplant patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, including Solid Organ Transplant patients.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
