Join Our Transplant Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Transplant Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team at AdventHealth. As a key member of our transplant team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care to patients seeking and/or having received a solid organ transplant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-transplant interviews with prospective transplant patients and families to assess eligibility and provide education on the transplant process.
  • Assess patients' compliance and ability to adhere to medication regimens and treatment recommendations.
  • Serve as a patient advocate and anticipate the needs of providers, staff, patients, and families.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of patients throughout all phases of the transplant process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in acute care or critical care nursing.
  • Current Colorado Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS) certification.
