Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their repair journey. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and facilitating smooth operations within the center.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers both in-person and over the phone, identifying their needs and providing appropriate assistance.
  2. Manage customer estimates, including walk-in requests and preliminary assessments, as assigned.
  3. Assist in scheduling repairs and preparing detailed estimates as necessary.
  4. Exhibit proficiency in customer service and client management practices.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
  6. Support team members by coordinating drop-offs, arranging transportation for customers, and preparing necessary documentation.
  7. Utilize relevant software programs for customer service and repair management efficiently.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines established by Performance Collision Centers.
  9. Perform additional tasks as required to support business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance at all times.

Physical Requirements:

This position is based in a typical shop environment, requiring physical activities such as reaching, bending, and lifting. Candidates should be prepared for exposure to various elements and must wear protective equipment when necessary.
