We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Garden City Hospital. As a CRT (RCP I), you will be responsible for performing respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and document care for patients with respiratory conditions.
- Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
- May be assigned as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor.
- State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- 2 years' experience as a RCP preferred.
- ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
- NRP certificate preferred.
- PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
