Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

At Linde, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of respiratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans to meet individual needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory homecare techniques and relevant respiratory therapy concepts.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, OSHA, and emergency planning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in home health care, with a focus on respiratory therapy.
  • Excellent human relations skills and ability to work effectively with patients, doctors, and other referral sources.
  • Computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate patient records.
  • Current certification, registration, or licensure in respiratory therapy, as required by state law or national board.
