About the Role

Penn Medicine is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, advancing medical research, and educating the next generation of healthcare professionals.

This role is part of our Living Donor Program, which provides comprehensive care to patients throughout the referral, evaluation, pre-donation, and post-donation phases of living organ donation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate referrals, screenings, and assessments for potential living donors
  • Provide education and support to donors and their families
  • Facilitate consents and manage patient evaluations
  • Coordinate living donor transplants and maintain accurate donor records
Requirements
  • Graduate of an NLN-approved school of professional nursing
  • BSN required with four or more years of experience as a professional nurse
  • Licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • CPR certification
