We are seeking a skilled Security Flex Officer to join our team. As a Security Flex Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deter crime and enforce client rules at assigned posts.
  • Monitor and report suspicious activity or potential threats.
  • Maintain a visible presence to promote a safe environment.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess effective communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local laws.
  • Valid driver's license required for driving positions, with a clean driving record.
  • Pass background investigation and drug screening.
  • Available to work various shifts and locations.
  • Display excellent customer service and computer skills.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in different environments, including cold, rain, snow, or heat.
  • Ongoing lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
  • Occasional climbing of stairs, ramps, or ladders.
  • Long periods of standing or walking on various surfaces.

Compensation and Benefits:

$21.00 per hour.
