Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Director of IT to join our team located in Benicia, California. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading our IT department, focusing on the effective management and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The role will involve developing strategic technology initiatives, managing IT infrastructure, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the management and optimization of Business Central to support core processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, and Record to Report
• Provide strategic direction for IT initiatives that align with the organization's objectives
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of ERP functionalities into daily operations
• Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including network security, data management, hardware, software, and cybersecurity measures
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT equipment, software licensing, and system maintenance
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards
• Oversee cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems, implementing best practices and responding to emerging threats
• Support cross-functional projects by identifying software integration opportunities and ensuring the effective use of ERP systems and other software across the organization
• Partner with departments such as production, quality assurance, finance, and HR to identify software requirements and guide the integration of technology into daily operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics and system functionalities to boost production and operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Director of IT

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware

• Proven track record in Deployments

• Experience with Dynamics NAV or Business Central

• Proficient with Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory

• Proficient in Windows.
