About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to join our team at Doherty Real Estate Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our decision-makers, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for administrative tasks
  • Coordinate deliveries and run errands as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, and relay important messages to increase productivity
  • Arrange meetings, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes to ensure team organization
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain an organized system to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assist with social media management and other marketing tasks

Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, or administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Creativity and inspiration to contribute to the growth and development of the position
