Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our Real Estate Broker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the broker's schedule, coordinating meetings and trips, and maintaining accurate records in our client databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the broker's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely arrival at destinations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our client databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and vendors
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
