Senior Building Construction Manager

Vantage Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead our base building construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing field staff, subcontractors, and materials deliveries to ensure successful project completion within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and implement project mobilization plans, review plans and specifications for scope and constructability, and coordinate with internal project management teams.
- Field Supervision: Direct field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Communication: Maintain harmonious relations with owner representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and jurisdictional inspectors through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in base building commercial construction
- Familiarity with all trades associated with base building construction, including site work, concrete, masonry, steel, rough carpentry, roofing, framing, and GWB
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
