Job Title: Clinical Resource Nurse

At Emerson Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our Infusion Center team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical expertise in a focused area, including evidence-based practice, mentoring, consultation, collaboration, education, and leadership.
  • Partner with the Director to ensure operational readiness of the Department in the provision of direct nursing care for our patients.
  • Facilitate communications between the Department and other areas, serving as a mentor and role model for staff.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Infusion/Out-Patient Nursing with demonstrated leadership abilities required.
  • Chemotherapy Infusion, PICC line placement experience preferred.
  • Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred.
  • Current licensure to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required.
  • BLS healthcare provider required.
  • ACLS achieved within 6 months of hire.
  • Chemotherapy Certification preferred.
