Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Exterior Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for our exterior construction services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for exterior construction projects, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and other exterior services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Conduct site visits and assessments.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities to promote company services.
- Preferred experience in sales, preferably in the construction or exterior services industry.
- Strong understanding of exterior construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
