**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve customers a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Prepare garnishes and mix drinks according to recipes
  • Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the arrangement of bottles and glassware
  • Ensure the bar area adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
  • Monitor customers' alcohol consumption and refuse service as necessary
  • Perform cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale system and daily reporting

**Requirements:**

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
  • Previous bartending experience and knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails
  • Understanding of sanitation-related issues and knowledge of precautions necessary to ensure a clean beverage preparation environment
