Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an analytical and numbers-driven individual with a strong understanding of the FMCG industry to join our Revenue Growth Management team at Quantum Dynamics. In this role, you will drive the expansion and strategic development of our Revenue Growth Management department.

Your Key Objectives:

  • Develop and execute Revenue Growth Management plans to drive profitable growth for Quantum Dynamics through the use of RGM tools and strategies.
  • Establish and coordinate Revenue Growth Management goals within the marketing unit, as well as lead the implementation process.
  • Oversee the process from strategic planning to annual planning and quarterly forecasting, and lead project plans to build long-term Revenue Growth Management capabilities.
  • Develop pricing and assortment strategies, as well as product pack architecture and promotion guidelines.
  • Create a compelling retailer selling story and support the implementation of all Revenue Growth Management potentials.

Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an RGM role and/or in sales, category management, finance, or strategy consulting in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience using insights and analysis to develop RGM strategies.
