As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations throughout every stage of the client family life cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date master files, including creating and providing copies, merging and duplicating, and scanning into our HMIS system.
  • Manage a high-volume telephone system, handling calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices before forwarding them to the accounts payable department.
  • Assist with the preparation and ordering of materials needed by leadership, such as park brochures, business cards, name badges, and training materials.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, HMIS, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Capacity to learn new software and tasks quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
