Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Background in customer service, sales, or telemarketing
- Proficient in computer use, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Aptitude for understanding and interpreting instructions and information
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
Education and Experience
