Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing incoming sales inquiries, fostering customer relationships, and coordinating appointments for the Sales Team.

This position requires daily interaction with the BDC Manager, Sales Team, Sales Managers, support personnel, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming sales calls and inquiries
  • Assessing client needs and organizing appointments
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Addressing client questions regarding pricing, warranties, and appointment details before the scheduled meeting
  • Confirming appointments with clients prior to the scheduled date
  • Sending marketing correspondence to potential leads
  • Conducting follow-ups after client visits to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Background in customer service, sales, or telemarketing
  • Proficient in computer use, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Aptitude for understanding and interpreting instructions and information
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

Education and Experience
