Job Overview

The Inventory Control Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our 376,000 square foot facility. As part of our management team, you will oversee the daily activities of inventory control staff, collaborate with warehouse managers, and execute daily inventory analysis to identify discrepancies and problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train inventory control staff
  • Oversee job assignments and activities of inventory control staff
  • Collaborate with warehouse managers to provide timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • Execute daily inventory analysis to identify discrepancies and problems
  • Oversee stock item master to ensure accurate descriptions and stock numbers
  • Liaise with warehouse and customers regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
