Job Title: Inventory Management Associate

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Associate fluent in both English and Chinese to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing storage capacity, and ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, using data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures, minimizing stockouts and overstocking while maximizing storage efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, streamlining logistics operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Assist with training and developing junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill-building within the team.

**Salary Range:** $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
