As a Logistics and Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inventory levels and controlling stock movements.
  • Planning and organizing warehouse layouts, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Leading and motivating a team of 10 people, training them on performance standards and policies.
  • Identifying inefficiencies within warehouse operations and implementing improvements.
  • Coordinating with transportation vendors and carriers, managing inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Managing the flow of goods from raw materials to end customers.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
