Job Title: Business Development Manager

At VensureHR, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a business development or sales management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
