Position Overview
We are in search of a driven Junior Sales Support Engineer to become a vital member of our team. In this capacity, you will significantly contribute to our sales initiatives for our software offerings by working closely with the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with the sales team on pre-sales tasks and preparing demonstrations.
- Acquiring demonstration techniques and delivering product presentations.
- Conducting rehearsal demonstrations for partners and producing product demo videos.
- Engaging with clients to explore product capabilities.
- Updating demo scripts and maintaining current product knowledge.
- Performing other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in sales support or customer service roles.
- Exceptional communication skills and a quick learning ability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
