Job Overview
The Order Management Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional Order to Remittance (OTR) processes and execution, focusing on order entry and systems management while fostering strong collaboration with ITPS and Sales teams. This position also oversees logistics operations, including shipments and exports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integrity of the OTR process, including order entry, technical and financial order classification, management of orders, and invoicing.
  • Assist in sourcing and replenishment efforts for fulfilling Purchase to Stock materials.
  • Engage with all internal and external stakeholders (ITPS, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.) to guarantee timely and high-quality order fulfillment.
  • Address inquiries and maintain communication with both internal and external customers regarding all aspects of Order Management.
  • Oversee credit and return processes.
  • Adhere to the established quality system and report any discrepancies.
  • Manage production planning and control activities.
  • Coordinate shipments with logistics providers.
  • Handle customer formalities effectively.
  • Execute logistics distribution tasks.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of 3 years of experience in operational logistics, import/export, or customs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, global team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of common formulas and tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
