Job Summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Application Manager, Order Management to drive strategic and tactical initiatives in the Supply Chain and Order Management space for Facebook's AR/VR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Product Managers to develop and implement Supply Chain and Order Management strategies
  • Triage production support tickets effectively, accurately, and efficiently
  • Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end-user experience
  • Configure, set up, and update applications in EBS and Fusion
  • Understand EBS and Fusion OM data models, write complex SQL queries, and perform data analyses to discover and fix underlying causes of bugs
  • Participate in source control and code review processes and provide expertise from a process perspective and help business design end-to-end processes
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision-making within the team
  • Track key application metrics, drive insights, and build dashboards to measure results against goals
  • Identify risks within the business function, deliver clear documentation, and work directly with vendor support for escalations
  • Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision-makers and with the wider enterprise engineering organization
  • Lead and support all business readiness activities, including end-user training, product testing, and roll-outs
Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation
  • Requires five years of experience in the following:
    • PL/SQL language
    • Design and development of Supply Chain Systems
    • Define and implement metrics for IT operations
    • Order Management, Purchasing, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Warehouse Management, i-Supplier Portal, iProcurement, Advanced Pricing, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Channel Revenue Management
    • Leading cross-functional teams to implement strategic business transformation, cost savings, and process improvement projects
    • Managing complex projects involving business process study, system architecture, and design

$217,007/year to $265,430/year + bonus + equity + benefits
