About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join Global Channel Management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the service industry and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and employer information at all times.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies needed to perform work and fill the logistics coordinator roll, which includes sourcing, ordering and tracking needed parts and supplies.
  • Perform a variety of customer service/dispatching and administrative duties required to receive, screen, record, prioritize, assign and close customer requests for technical service support and inspection.

  • Customer service experience
  • Service industry experience
  • Scheduling and service coordination skills
  • Oracle experience
