Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paint Preparer to join our team at Reading Truck. As a Paint Preparer, you will play a crucial role in preparing truck equipment orders for paint processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prep all orders in the truck department for paint.
  • Assist painters in painting, masking, taping, or any other task to be performed in the paint department.
  • Help prep and perform basic repairs when needed.
  • Perform quality assurance before and after painting.
  • Other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Some fabrication knowledge/understanding is a plus.
