We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team at Reading Truck. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing truck equipment orders for paint processing, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting our customer's expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform collision repairs in line with estimates, demonstrating efficiency and accuracy.
- Reconstruct internal and external panels and structure of vehicles.
- Paint and paint prep, ensuring a thorough coat and checking for runs, sags, or dry spots.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform minor dent repair and paint booth maintenance.
- 3+ years of experience painting vehicles in a production environment.
- 1+ year of experience in color matching.
- 1+ year of experience in collision repair and/or dent removal.
