**Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Experience**: Oversee service orders and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • **Ownership**: Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
  • **Concierge Support**: Provide exceptional support for owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure seamless communication.
  • **Inventory Management**: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • **Work Distribution**: Distribute work between technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • **Technical Support**: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • **Customer Success Index**: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • **Company Policies**: Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • **Factory Relations**: Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.
