Concrete Production Quality Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify that all molds meet dimensional specifications, ensuring they are within tolerance.
- Inspect molds for accurate placement and size of special details.
- Check hardware on the front face of panels for correct installation.
- Verify rear face hardware and details are correctly installed after concrete placement.
- Prepare daily production prints each morning.
- Assist the quality manager in inspecting concrete as directed.
- Collaborate with inserters to ensure correct hardware installation.
- Support the carpenter supervisor in building molds as needed, interpreting prints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ACI/PCI Level 1 and 2 certification required.
- Experience with blueprint reading is essential.
- High school education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic planning and organization skills.
- Capacity to analyze equipment malfunctions and apply solutions.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair vehicles, following safety guidelines.
- Proficiency with hand tools and equipment.
- Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements and ADA Essential Functions:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, twist, and walk, use various hand tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance on elevated surfaces, and stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, or crawl. The work environment is usually loud.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Constant and continual medium to heavy manual, physical labor is required for this position.
The employee must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as work boots, hard hats, work gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
Working Conditions:
This is an indoor/outdoor work environment: Exposure to sun, heat, humidity, cold, wind, light rain, sand, and dust.
