Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Patching Specialist to join our team at Wells Concrete. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our concrete products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patch all lifter holes that are not required for moving and erecting panels prior to storage.
  • Repair all damage to panels and finish them to an acceptable standard.
  • Ensure the finishing area is kept clean and safe for all employees.
  • Remove all slurry from brick surfaces prior to washing.
  • Rub smear coat on all panels requiring such a repair.
  • Complete yard modifications in a timely manner as directed by the supervisor.
  • Remove and replace brick marked by Quality Control for repair.
  • Install hardware required by engineering, as indicated on panel tickets.

Requirements

  • High school education preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow complex instructions.
  • Basic planning/organization skills.

Working Conditions

This is an indoor/outdoor work environment with exposure to various weather conditions. The noise level is usually loud.

This position requires constant and continual medium to heavy manual labor. The employee must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and lift up to 50 pounds.
