We are seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team at Progressive Insurance. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will learn how to help customers resolve their insurance claims efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Determine coverage and liability for insurance claims
- Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses to gather information
- Partner with appraisers and estimators to manage vehicle repairs
- Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims
- Three years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree
- Two years of relevant work experience and an associate degree
This is a hybrid role, which means you will work in-office two days a week and choose where you want to work the other three days. You will be supported by a collaborative team and ongoing coaching from leaders.
