Position Overview:
Graham Healthcare Group is in search of a Facilities Operations Manager to collaborate with our Director of Facilities and oversee the upkeep and repair of all organizational buildings, properties, and equipment. This includes essential systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, generators, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement new facility constructions and relocations according to company project standards.

• Liaise with professionals and specialized vendors for necessary repairs.

• Act as a point of contact for local, state, and federal building inspectors to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Maintain a secure environment for all personnel, ensuring proper lighting, signage, and accessibility.

• Guarantee that tenants receive essential utilities.

• Address and resolve issues and requests from building occupants in a professional manner.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings for any signs of damage or deterioration.

• Manage maintenance and repairs to fulfill tenant agreements.

• Uphold facility standards in line with GHG expectations.

• Coordinate the allocation and layout of building spaces, including seating arrangements.

• Maintain emergency plans for all facilities.

• Collaborate with departments such as IT, HR, Finance, and Compliance as necessary.

• Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to performance standards and timely completion of tasks.

• Oversee the parking management across all facilities.

• Keep updated records of facility-related information, including vendor contacts and lease terms.

• Facilitate the management of physical security systems in conjunction with IT.

• Coordinate the procurement of office and kitchen supplies across locations.

• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all generators.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in property management or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience managing multi-location organizations.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with effective time management capabilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
