We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to play a key role in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety First: Prioritize the safety of our team members, partners, and customers above all else.
  • Facilities Planning: Plan, design, and oversee the construction and maintenance of our facilities to ensure they meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement facility projects that align with our corporate objectives.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs and coordinate necessary actions.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for critical systems and equipment.
  • Budget Management: Manage facility budgets to optimize costs for maintenance and improvement projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities.
  • Security: Oversee security systems and protocols to safeguard our facility and protect our assets.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Sustainability: Implement energy conservation initiatives and sustainable practices to reduce our environmental footprint.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Professional Engineer (PE) license and advanced degree are a plus).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Facility Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully supporting automotive vehicle launches.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing continuous improvement, facility management principles, and best practices.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and address facility-related issues promptly.
  • Sustainability: Knowledge of energy conservation practices and sustainability initiatives.
  • Industrial Experience: Experience with facilities in automotive manufacturing or similar industrial settings.
