About the Position

We invite you to embark on a journey of professional and personal growth as a Chief Executive Officer in Training (CIT). You will shape the future of our rapidly growing organization, developing leadership skills and expertise to guide a team dedicated to transforming lives. Through our immersive training program, you will gain firsthand knowledge of how to successfully lead and operate a home health and hospice agency.

Program Details

The training period is approximately six months and will take place in one of our key locations in Salt Lake City, UT; Oakland, CA; or Los Angeles, CA. Following training, you will relocate to the agency location where you will step into your new role as a Senior Executive Director and future CEO. Interested candidates should be prepared to relocate based on where the greatest opportunities and needs arise.

Key Responsibilities During Training
  • Complete an intensive, comprehensive training program over a 25-week period.
  • Shadow team members across the agency to learn the nuances of each role.
  • Complete reading assignments, engage in written tasks, and participate in discussions to refine leadership skills and deepen your understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Invest in the program and add value even while in training by contributing your insights and energy.
Post-Training Responsibilities

Upon successful completion of the CIT program, you'll assume the role of Senior Executive Director and future CEO at one of our agencies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the planning, direction, and evaluation of agency operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Managing fiscal planning and budgeting to drive operational success.
  • Recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent to maintain strong team dynamics and a high standard of care.
  • Leading performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and overall agency performance.
  • Collaborating with other agencies and partners to achieve excellence in service delivery.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting Salary (During Training): $60,000 - $75,000
  • Salary Upon Placement as CEO: $100,000 - $115,000
  • Bonuses: Unlimited profit-sharing incentives (based on performance of your agency – typically more than 10% of your annual salary)
  • Relocation Assistance: Available and reimbursed
