We are looking for a highly skilled Healthcare Liaison Specialist to join our team at Appalachian Regional Healthcare. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and families regarding hospital services and procedures
  • Communicate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
  • Assist with patient navigation and support throughout the healthcare journey

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, social work)
  • 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing role or related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:$50,000 - $70,000 per year
