Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Liaison Specialist to facilitate patient access to care throughout the registration, scheduling, and communicative processes at Appalachian Regional Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will set the tone for the entire patient experience by greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will work closely with our clinical teams to coordinate patient care, resolve issues, and improve patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate patient access to care through effective communication and coordination with clinical teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and efficient communication of patient information
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track patient interactions and outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
