Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Leadership Specialist to lead our customer projects in the Middle East and Africa region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met, customers' expectations are fulfilled, and the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Responsibilities:

The Role: As a Project Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing the project plan baseline, defining the project scope, securing vital resources, and planning and supervising all activities. You will also manage project execution, track project activities, supervise, and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues. Additionally, you will develop the business, participating in contract preparation and in pre-sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the business, participating in contract preparation and in pre-sales meetings
  • Develop the Customer manager field: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas
  • Pre-Sales with concentration on customer negotiations and contract fulfillment

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar Project Management role focusing on Cloud, Network Management (ENM), and Network Functions (EPC, IMS, HSS, HLR, CUDB, EDA). They will also have leadership skills, good financial acumen, and analytical mentality, with a good business understanding. A consultative approach with extensive market and customer insight, confident negotiation skills, and good influencing abilities are also essential.

Salary: $120,000 per year
