Retail Leadership Specialist

About the RoleThe Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team. When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensuring smooth store operations and responsible completion of all opening and closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews, supervise the store's crew, and effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, support the planning and execution of displays, sign, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
To be successful as a Retail Leadership Specialist, you should possess advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills. You must also be able to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to your compensation, enjoy a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and paid time off.
