We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems, leveraging knowledge of product design, materials, and processes.
  • Enhance manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Ensure product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished products, and establishing standards.
  • Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Assist in the design and execution of prototypes and manufacturing process plans.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase performance, quality, and reduce costs.
  • Support the development of health and safety procedures for the manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proven experience in flow manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing techniques, construction methods, and industrial engineering.
  • Proficient in using computer software, including CAD, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
