Job Title: Manufacturing Preparation Engineer

At Rakhere Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Preparation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and implementation of new products.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure that manufacturing requirements are implemented into new product designs during concept phases.
  • Lead technical expertise in defined areas of moderate technical complexity, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of deliverables from various interfaces to ensure quality and readiness before release.
  • Work with the team to develop and implement knowledge-sharing strategies, promoting competence and innovation within the organization.
  • Ensure production readiness and oversee the implementation of new designs and modifications in manufacturing facilities, adhering to internal and external standards, procedures, and processes.
  • Participate in global manufacturing teams, focusing on accuracy and clear communication during product introduction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 4-6 years of automotive experience.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and utilizing CAD software.
  • Expertise in SAFe Agile practices and methodologies.
