- Work with the team to develop and implement knowledge-sharing strategies, promoting competence and innovation within the organization.
- Ensure production readiness and oversee the implementation of new designs and modifications in manufacturing facilities, adhering to internal and external standards, procedures, and processes.
- Participate in global manufacturing teams, focusing on accuracy and clear communication during product introduction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 4-6 years of automotive experience.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and utilizing CAD software.
- Expertise in SAFe Agile practices and methodologies.
