Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Broadstreet Homes Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, prospects, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in new home construction, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Four-year degree in a related field, such as construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
