This is a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in bridge and highway design to drive success on a multi-billion dollar Design for Design Build Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage scopes of service for transportation projects
  • Lead design teams to deliver high-quality projects on-time and within budget
  • Act as a liaison between disciplines and serve as a single point of contact for clients
  • Develop and maintain design discipline plans for project delivery, client communications, and staffing/resource coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with design build transportation projects
  • Substantial progressive experience with large Highway/Bridge design projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio, or ability to obtain Ohio license within 6 months
  • Previous leadership experience and comfortable mentoring junior and mid-level staff
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role and ability to serve as a liaison between Jacobs and the client
  • Strong business acumen and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • DBIA Certification
  • Previous experience working with Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT)
