To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication. Familiarity with EMR systems and medical billing procedures is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
  • Clinical Support: Assist medical staff with routine clinical tasks, such as preparing patients for exams, taking vitals, and updating medication lists.
  • Billing and Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely billing and reconciliation processes.

Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with EMR systems.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
