Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement recruitment strategies to address the staffing requirements of the organization.
- Oversee and execute initiatives for college recruitment.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and alignment with the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and outline candidate profiles.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and various online platforms to source candidates for open positions.
- Provide comprehensive, accurate, and engaging information to candidates regarding the organization and available roles.
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring personnel.
- Facilitate pre-employment processes, including reference checks and background screenings.
- Maintain precise and current recruitment and applicant records.
- Establish and nurture relationships with employment agencies, educational institutions, and other recruitment sources.
- Stay updated on trends and innovative recruitment techniques to remain competitive and creative in staffing.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor and report key metrics designed to assess and forecast staffing activities.
- Consistently follow up with hiring managers.

- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a staffing agency environment
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment goals and maintaining talent pipelines
- Understanding of labor laws, particularly concerning hiring practices and equal employment opportunity (EEO) compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media and professional networks for recruitment
- Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience conducting various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, structured)
- Aptitude for building rapport and sustaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and job demands
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and organizational information
- High level of self-motivation and determination to achieve objectives despite challenges
