  • Maintain the facility and environment in a clean, safe, and orderly manner for resident comfort and convenience.
  • Clean residents' apartments, including furnishings, floors, and linens.
  • Organize closets and drawers as needed.
  • Ensure the dining area and kitchen are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Deliver room service trays and assist with serving duties as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with residents, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent not required.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to follow simple verbal and written directions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for 8 hours or duration of shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions.
